Welcome to Regalux. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile application operated by Muhaya Safari Business Pty Ltd (ABN: 73 666 802 651). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Our Services
Regalux provides premium limousine and chauffeur services in Melbourne, including:
- Airport transfers to/from Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport
- Point-to-point transportation
- Corporate travel services
- Special event transportation
- Hourly charter services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Be at least 18 years old
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Bookings & Payments
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your booking number. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
Pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
- Prices are fixed at time of booking
- All tolls are included in the quoted price - no hidden fees
- Holiday and after-hours surcharges may apply
- Major event pricing may apply during events like F1, Melbourne Cup, and Australian Open (see Section 4)
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed securely through Square. Payment can be made at booking or via invoice for corporate accounts.
4. Major Event Pricing
Important: Event-Based Fare Adjustments
During major events in Melbourne, our pricing reflects increased demand and operational costs. Event pricing is applied automatically when your pickup or dropoff location falls within the event zone during event dates.

How Event Pricing Works
- Event pricing applies if your pickup OR dropoff is within the event zone
- The rate multiplier is applied to your base fare
- Your final fare is shown at booking - no surprises
- Event dates are recurring annually and may shift slightly based on official event schedules
Example: A $100 fare during the F1 Grand Prix weekend with pickup from Albert Park would be $220 (2.20x multiplier). The same trip outside event dates would remain $100.
5. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a booking, contact us via email or phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
6. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
- Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
- Not smoke, vape, or consume alcohol in vehicles
- Not transport illegal items or substances
- Wear seatbelts at all times
- Supervise children and use appropriate car seats
- Pay for any damage caused to vehicles
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
Waiting Time: Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes for standard pickups and 30 minutes for airport pickups (from flight arrival time). Additional waiting time may incur charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Personal belongings left in vehicles are not our responsibility
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Australian law.
8. Insurance
All our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance and public liability insurance. Our drivers are licensed, accredited, and fully insured to operate commercial passenger vehicles in Victoria.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and app, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Muhaya Safari Business Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
